Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following requirements:

• Be in the same condition you received it

• Unworn, unused, and unwashed

• Tags attached and in its original packaging

• Include a receipt or proof of purchase

You must request a return within 10 days of receiving your order.

How to Start a Return

If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus the original shipping cost.

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund after it has been issued.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on the following:

• Gift cards
